ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ

The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ University Staff Council serves as a collective voice for staff, fostering collaboration and open communication. Under the Office of the President, we advocate for staff interests, ensuring their voices are heard and valued. Through engagement and advocacy, we enhance the professional experience of staff while supporting the university’s mission.

We provide a forum for staff to discuss ideas, address concerns, and promote professional development, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, we encourage participation in shared governance to ensure staff have a role in university decisions.

All staff are welcome to attend council monthly meetings, except during closed sessions. These meetings offer opportunities to stay informed, share feedback, and collaborate on initiatives that benefit the university.
